We order two dinners for the first time at this place, I was really enjoying the food untill I Found a small curly HAIR ON MY RICE, no big deal I thought I just wont eat the rice, but then my wife tells me there is a hair on her rice too. I thought maybe is just fiber from the rice so I look for more in my rice and to my surprise I found a long piece of hair. GROST!
I called the place and as I was trying to explain the situation they hangup. Ok I thought maybe it's a prank call, I called back again and calmly I explained I had found 3 pieces of hair on my rice. I was asked if I could bring the food back next day, so I did. The ladie said "how can I help you" after I showed her the hair on the rice I said "you tell me" I was hoping to get an apology but never happen. She did offer to give me another dinner but I mention I Would rather get my money back and maybe in the future I would give it another try. She kept telling she could only give me 50% because we eat some of the food. ARe you serious? For sure this place is on my never to visit list! Not because of the hair but because how they handle the situation!
