We were in wasilla at a wrestling tournament &in a hurry& they had everything ready &done for us to be out of there promptly.Great customer service ‼️😃

I could go on for pages on how horrible this experience was. I will give you the nutshell version...



Went to buy a car, dealer manager promised huge rebates and savings that he apparently was not qualified to promise, we signed on a deal, he was fired, we were called back in to do another deal which we thought had to happen and later found out was illegal on their part because the first deal was legally binding until we signed a new, more expensive deal.



Dealership found out that the interest rate and terms they promised in the second deal did not get approved as they'd expected and asked us to come in and sign a newer even more expensive third deal and threatened the job of someone close to us whom was not involved in the deal at all if we did not sign right away. For fear of their loss of job we signed the 3rd deal, cementing once again our victimization and treachery by this evil dealership.



Basically, Lithia's dealerships, especially Chevy of South Anchorage, are corrupt, behave illegally and amorally and by stepping foot onto their lots you risk losing your money, your sanity and your dignity.



I would most definitely not recommend shopping Lithia unless being taken advantage of, harassed and threatened is pleasurable to you. I would have rated them zero or negative stars if it were possible.
