I found that cinema City has some really good deals on used dvds and I bought them for my granddaughter and they played fine. They do have a large selection of dvds and are centrally located. I found that they were comparable with other stores. Safeway will not reimburse you for a messed up dvd either, but will allow you to take another one of the same movie so you get a second chance to watch it.

They are shooting themselves in the foot, competing with Netfix, Blockbuster...If you have any problems playing a movie, it's their policy for them to take the movie 'home' and if it doesn't skip of freeze up for 'them', you, my friend are SOL on getting a refund. Am I not the customer the DVD didn't work for? The point is not the $2.95 I am now being robbed of, I am the customer making them money. It shouldn't matter if it works for Cimema '#*ITTY'....I didn't work on my Pioneer, 1 year old player which plays the worst of shape DVDs. ( BTW, the movie I rented had a HUGE gash in it, right wher it froze up. STEER CLEAR OF CINEMA '$@ITTY'!!!!!
