OPEN NOW - Closes at 8:00pm

I was very unhappy with the service I recieved there. When I ask to speak with manager the employees will always claim to be the manager and they can help me and they are the ones I have my complaint about. The business hours are posted clearly until 10:00 PM nightly. I arrived at 9:45 pm and wanted a 10:00 minute tan. I was told they the employee that I could not tan because they stopped seeing peo[ple at 9:40 pm. It is not posted anywhere that 9:40 pm is last tan, no announcements were made about the early closure and the open sign was still on. There were others currently in tanning beds when I arrived because there were lots of shoes at the front door. Whoever the manager really is they need to refocus on who the customer is.
