I am warning you please do not stay here. Save yourself the head ache. DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is invested with awful BED BUGS and the director REFUSED to take care of the problem. Told me I needed to either pay for my own extermination (1100) or throw my belongs out! WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE! The bed bugs are everywhere rugs, ceiling, walls. Do not risk losing your belongings stay away from this place!

Conifer Grove is run by a slum lord!

Their apartments, specifically one building is infested with BED BUGS! Furniture is ruined! They will not replace or reimburse their tenants. They have "exterminated" so that the bugs move from apartment to apartment in the same building - infesting and re-infesting unsuspecting tenants. The management has known about the bed bug infestation and yet they CONTINUE to rent out the infested apartments!!!!!!! Once they manipulate and trick you to sign a lease you are DONE FOR!!!! They TRAP you into a lease, all the while forcing you to live with bed bugs - biting and eating away at your skin!!!!! They refuse to compromise and threaten their tenants. NEVER RENT FROM CONIFER GROVE OR WEIDNER PROPERTIES!!!!!!! Fair warning from a previous tenant/victim!

I signed a 10 month lease without looking at the unit I would be living in. Instead I was shown a unit that was in 2xs better condition than mine. I brought all the issues to Thomas, the property manager, and he still to this day has fixed nothing even with my proactive attempts. More recently we discovered black mold growing in the master bed room. I have contacted him once a week for three weeks to no avail. I went into the office to try and get out of my lease due to the unsatisfactory management of his property and i was informed I could give my one months notice with penalties. I'm waiting to see what comes out of my deposit because I have been informed by a previous tenant that they charge $35 for drip pans, $45 dollars for every hour of cleaning, and you do have to get the carpets professionally cleaned. I'm not going to go into the week we had no hot water or the fact that they only give you one parking space even if you have a three bedroom.
