Provided by YP.comThe Anchorage office has been nothing but horrible! They've had our stuff for 2 days shy of 6 weeks now. They've lied about where our household goods are, they've lied several times about delivery dats. We can never get a straight forward answer and they're rude to boot.
The delay in shipping (we were told 3 - 4 weeks and then given several delivery dates all of which have come and gone) has cost us a lot of money and we're still w/o our stuff. They have admitted they don't know where it is. How do you lose an entire semi truck? More than that, why would you continue to lie about it?
If you value your possesions, don't use these guys.
Our next call is to the corporate office. Then the BBB. Then our lawyer.
(yes, we have paid them in full, still no household goods and still no clue where our stuff is at)
