This service is an absolute joke. House on the market for over a year, and no interest. Pretty much paid $1300 to have the house put on the MLS. Total waste of time and money. They advertise, “If you have been on the market longer than 60 days and have not received an offer, please reach out to us so we can better assist you.” So I did, NOTHING! If you are planning on selling your house, do yourself a favor, hire a realtor and negotiate the commission percentage.
