I lived here for a year with a buddy of mine, in the unit directly above the landlady. Real nice place in a convenient location. The few times we needed anything from maintenance, they were there quickly to resolve the issue. Etta (aforementioned landlady) was real nice, always helpful. Only issue I ever had was that sometimes I think she would run errands during office hours? Not entirely sure, just know there were a few times during my stay when the office was supposed to be open, but I could not find her. Either way, reasonable prices, plenty of closet space, and a location that you really can't beat. Miss my apartment there, but I'm moving out of state and so could not keep it. Shame.
