Great listening skills; ask questions of my spouse while I was in test to provide greater analysis and insight into the hearing loss. Kind and courteous.

Kaylyn has been a pleasure to work with. She is very considerate when hooking up the equipment and during testing. Afterward, she does a great job of explaining all the symbols and what is going on.

I saw Kaylyn for my toddlers hearing exam and Dr Kowalski for his ENT evaluation. Both providers were so patient and kind with my extremely busy kiddo. They adapted to his needs and were wonderful about making sure I understood what his plan would be. They created a really calm environment for us and I couldn’t be more pleased with our visit.
