Extremely expensive for service. Plus they tell you you need things replaced that don't need to be replaced. There parts and service are two and a half times more expensive than a private mechanic.They are a big rip off. I highly recommend you avoid this place unless you like to waste your money.

I went in pretty sure I didn't want to trade in my 4runner for a Prius v. I met with a very knowledgeable salesman, Jason Bartlett, and after a test drive I couldn't wait to drive my new Prius V home! Jason was fast with our paper work and treated us respect! It was a totally excellent experience! So excited for my 44 mpg's! Thank you Jason for all the help and the through explanation of how my new car works! It is so cool!!

Every dealership I've purchased from has been "so great" until you've bought and then anything you need after, they seem to not listen or care. Then I found Kendall Toyota. I bought a car from them and they were so helpful during the purchase, but I was most impressed with the service I recieved afterwards. I've been getting my car serviced at Kendall for 2 years now and haven't once had a bad experience. It's really nice to not have to dread getting an oil change. If you need a new car go to Kendall.

I have bought two cars from them in the last year, the account is not in my husbands name and the sales rep I worked with only met my husband for a few seconds to sign some paperwork. Very knowledgable and polite. Not cracked on the service department some of the operators their are very patronizing but again I take care of the work on my vehicle and let them know it pretty quick if they get get rude.

I went in to look at vehicles. My husband received a call a few days later asking about his experience with Toyota. No call asking me ... the future owner of the vehicle ... how my experience was. We waited twice the amount of time we were quoted on my vehicle ... with no explanation from anyone at Kendall. After I picked up my vehicle, the service department called me to make an appointment for some work, of course, the account was in my husband's name ... not mine ... I guess the moral of the story is ... If you are a woman, you can't handle anything on your own at Kendall. Better find a man to handle the tricky car world at Kendall.

The people at Kendall couldn't tell the difference between a good vehicle and a piece of stale bread. They are anything but knowledgable, have no respect for customers and make you feel like if you don't buy a car right now, you will personally be jeopardizing their livelihood.



I would not recommend a Kendall dealership to anyone.

TERRIBLE customer service. More interested in talking with the 'man' of the house when I went to purchase a vehicle. Their prices seemed to go up since I was just some 'stupid girl'. VERY disappointed with the dealership and would never use them or recommend them to any one else!! TERRIBLE!!

I took my vehicle in to NYE toyota service center for a routine fluid change. They ended up cross-threading a filler bolt and cracking my transfer case. They did not tell me about this and when I found out about it and brought it to their attention, they stated they did not do it, that I did it or some other service center did it (interestingly, they were the only place I took the truck to until this). To repair their screw up cost me over $1500.



I highly recommend not using them! They do not stand behind their work.
