Much better than the one on Dimond (don’t have to deal with punk wanna be street racers) and the one on Tudor (much easier to get into) , it’s also a safer location than both the other ones

For the person who gave this place the 5 star review you shouldn't review your family`s business. Bc not a chance in hell thats real. My order is 93% of the time either wrong or cold or more common both. If I didn`t work so close I would never come here just absolutely crappy service and food. Better to just not eat.

Rude, indifferent, treats customers as if they are beside the point, total confusion, employees have a not my job attitude.
This Mcdonald's restaurant steadily going downhill for the past 3 years.

This location is right by my house. I had gone to it several times but the orders always got messed up so I started visiting another location. I decided to give the "local" McDonald's another try....boy was that mistake! My experience SUCKED! My order was VERY basic and one I get each morning at the McDonald's on 36th Avenue: oatmeal and black coffee. After being told my order wasn't ready I had to pull forward and wait another 5 minutes for it...really? How long does it take to dump hot water in a cup and add an oatmeal package and pour coffee into a cup? Finally, I got my food/coffee and headed to work. I won't be eating my oatmeal or drinking my coffee as the oatmeal is so slimy it reminds me of dumping honey-buckets in rural Alaska and the coffee had some sort of funky vanilla creamer added to it. I tried calling the store to advise of the issue, but NONE of my numerous calls were answered :-( Needless to say, I will not be going back and I would NOT RECOMMEND visiting the McDonald's on Lake Otis and Abbott Road in Anchorage, Alaska.
