It downright tickles me that there is a review on here suggesting Mindy and Dave are not honest. Businesses don't make it to the status that Michael's has in this town by being shady.



When I bought an engagement ring at Michael's, Mindy was taking me through the paperwork for the stone and told me about the registration. I thought it was crazy that something so small had a number on it. Mindy invited me to come around the counter and take a look at the diamond and see the registration through her microscope.



I love that when you walk in, you're doing business with the owners of the store. It was pretty clear from my experience that they cared more about building a relationship and earning my future business than just one sale.



I don't really leave reviews online, but it is absurd to say these guys are not honest or honorable and I felt compelled to speak up.

Mindy and Dave have both been absolutely wonderful in assisting me with several purchases, and some jewelry repairs and modifications. My purchases have been beautiful, of excellent quality, exactly as agreed upon, and always bring the highest compliments. I absolutely refer family and friends to Michael's Jewelers, without hesitation, and have sent 2 of my kids there for their engagement/wedding rings.

i had the total opposite experience of the other review here. i purchased a beautiful ring from michael's jewelers, then waited months to propose to my wife. After months of the ring in my position i found a crack in the diamond, i returned to michael's to see what could be done... they said it probably happened to it while mounting the stone, because it was a bigger sized side stone, and there was two of them, they ordered two new stones so they would match side to side at no charge! Since then i returned to buy a set of earrings for a birthday present, the earrings were beautiful and my wife wore them into the michael's to say thanks. When in the store she saw the exact earrings in a drop down version at an increased cost, the owners let me trade in the earrings that were worn for the upgrade and gave me a deal on the cost. i have never had better service!
