My wife stopped by Partycraft to purchase a Pilgrim costume for my 6 year old son's Thanksgiving school play. By mistake, she purchased a Colonial costume. I returned to the store fifteen minutes later to exchange. The person behind the counter was of no value and the manager told me she would only exchange for a different size, not a different costume and walked away from me. The price of the costume was the same, should not been an issue. Very rude, clueless staff. Now my son has no costume for his school play as I could not afford a second one. We will be needing lots of costumes in the future, due to children being Elementary grade students, I will order online from now on. I have always tried to support local business, but with customer service like that, can't give Partycraft anymore business.

If youe having a party, this is the store to visit. I have found everything I ever needed.
