I can not speak high enough for Rigg's Towing for their professionalism, courtesy,

timeliness and quality of service.



I recently purchased a large shed that was to be moved only 2 miles yet they came out prior to my purchasing it, recommending where the best place might be to set it down in my yard, how much fence I'd need to remove, and of all things, pointed out something that I simply did not consider: my spring yard and any earlier than 2 weeks might not only impede movement in the placement of this shed (a very high end project on my part for finances and time) but also tear up my gentle, pretty yard. Max suggested about 2 half weeks and it came out wonderfully!



This man was courteous and professional from the word go. The final icing on this cake of quality is how he spoke to my young helper, a 14 year old boy, quite a hard worker & great kid.



Instead of talking down to him as though he was "just a kid" or "Hey kid, get out the way of the truck", Max instead included him in any small way in this effort by saying, and I quote "Hey Buddy, want to grab the other end (of that board)?" I was highly impressed with this man's courtesy and respect in all fashions: for my yard, my time (the office called saying he'd be about half hour late) the quality of placement of my new and stunning shed.

One of Riggs Towing & Recovery’s tow-truck driven by Michael Spruill drove his left front wheel into my truck at the intersection of Lake Otis & Dowling while at a full stop light on January 26th, 2012 with my two children in my vehicle. When we pulled over to the side-road, Michael Spruill came out and apologized saying, “I’m sorry for the accident.”



When I filed for a damage claim along with photos and repair estimate to their insurance company, National Interstate of Hawaii, Riggs Towing & Recovery’s story changed to where I swirled into the tow truck. That is 100% lie! If this is how Riggs Towing & Recovery operate their business and treat their potential customers in this city, I surely do not recommend this business to anyone.



Meanwhile with scientific evidence and witnesses, I shall seek every legal means to recover the damage Michael Spruill of Riggs Towing & Recovery has caused, and expose your devious business practice to the community of Anchorage, Alaska.
