Span Alaska is TERRIBLE...paid for door to door delivery, Span accepted the freight marked for "residential delivery" and then said it couldn't deliver...that I would have to go pick up my 300lb piece of freight at the Gear Shed in Homer. On top of that, their customer service on the toll free number is not helpful, and Megan, in Kenai, is snarky.
