Provided by YP.comI got my husky spayed here about a year ago- I'm a little late writing this review, but better late than never. First, I was not pleased on how the drop offs worked first thing in the morning. It was not explained to me that they do the spays in order of sizes. I was instructed to bring her in first thing, however they did not get around to my dog for over 3 hours. I would have let her sit at home with me during that time instead of having her in an unfamiliar situation, scared, and in a kennel. Second, I was informed I was going to receive updates, but none were given until I got called to come pick her up. I was a little upset about that because I would have liked to know when she was out so I could have time to get there when she was recovered vs having her sit and wait for me to get there long after she was done. Lastly, and my biggest concern, they gave my puppy way WAY too much anesthesia. They gave her anesthesia for a much larger dog that what she was at the time. She did not eat for drink for several days and I had to take her into the vet to get electrolytes injected under her fur, along with other treatments. Between that bill and the spay, I should have just paid to get it done at the vet in the first place. My dog healed rather rough too due to her stitches looking like a 1st grader did them. I work in the operating room and know how stitches should be done. The dog is under anesthesia so there is no reason you dont have time to close the dog right so they heal properly. Are you getting a cheap deal here? Sure, but they almost killed my dog and I definitely am planning on taking my second pup elsewhere.

Provided by YPmobileVery sad story in brief, our 6yr old dog needed emergency spay first stage of pyometra, they denied her emergency treatment stating that it would not be fair to others to move her up on the waiting list. Our Luna died in our arms in our living room because of a business policy SHAME on the SPCA and all the other pet healthcare businesses that follow these same management
practices and expect full payment all at ounce in a life and death emergency. In my opinion bad business policies.

Provided by YP.comNeutering Marlin was a breeze. Next puppy, Morgan, had no communication between vet and front desk employees. We had to go three times before Morgan was ready. Left him at 7am, was not able to pick up until after 4pm due to lack of communication.
