Although the gentleman that assisted me was very knowledgeable and courteous, the whole experience was not what I had hoped for. The store was dirty, disorganized, and very few people were wearing masks. There was woman who was working with him was obviously suffering from extreme stress and was very rude to other customers. There were at least 20 people there. It was a slow process and two weeks later my glasses are still not ready. Very disappointed and suffering from buyers remorse.

Very friendly service but took awhile to get my bifocal glasses and I had to call them to see if my glasses were ready even though I was told that they would call me. That was upsetting. Also wasn't very happy with the selection of frames. Doesn't matter if you get one pair free if you can't find two frames that you like.

Through advertising of free exam and 2nd pair free got me purchasing but had to come back 4 times to get my glasses ready after they told me would be ready next day very poor service
