No stars--Poor business etiquette. I had a monthly membership with them, but when I went in to cancel, it wasn't processed properly by the employee and I continued to be charged the monthly fee. It took me quite a while (11 months) to notice the charge, which yes was my fault for not paying better attention to my finances. But when I called to be reimbursed, I was refused monetary compensation and told that I could only have a few months of free tanning. A few months?! If they weren't going to refund the money, they could at least give me all 11 months of free tanning that I had already paid for and not used because I had assumed my membership was canceled! The owner and I had known each other for years--we went on mission trips together! She should've known that I wasn't trying to be sleazy, but just receive what I thought was fair. Additionally, from the second that she put me on the phone with her husband (co-owner) to discuss the issue, he was very rude to me, which is putting it nicely. Based on principle that I won't support such poor etiquette, I refused their offer and I will never do business with them again.
