I am disappointed with Service and the INTEGRITY in question with (Tesoro - Location: Abbott road ANC, AK) their clerks are aware of giving customer short refunds.
The behavior imposed is something I believe Tesoro supervisors should evaluate.

First time & last time going there. I was heading to work and decided to check to see what they have for a quick breakfast. I usually go to Holiday, anyways I got a breakfast burito and there's one microwave that I could see and there was a plate in there. The cashier just got done with the only other customer besides me. I said "someone left a plate in there"and she snapped back "DO NOT TOUCH" in a bad tone. I said "I just was letting you know, I'm not touching anything" and again she snapped back "I CAN'T BE IN TWO PLACES AT ONCE". I told her she didn't have to be so rude, and she just looked at me like she didn't give a care. I just put my burito down and said you just lost a customer and again she had a look of not giving a S_ _ _. I am never going there again, I went to Holiday on Lake Otis and they were so friendly and said "Good Morning" as soon as I walked in the door. Their services are way better than TEsoro by 100% at that store anyways. I got there at 7:20ish on 9/8/14 just for my record so I could make a formal complaint.
