The Drivers Seat (340 EAST 4TH) first off has amazing customer service!!!! I was in there to do a road exam today and had some paper work trouble with the DMV that took some phone calls and faxes and waiting which made the process almost three times as long as normal and I must say the whole time they just made it so easy to stay patient. They had a way of making you feel welcome there and they were very easy to talk to. Very good people. I would recommend this place based on the attitudes of the Couple helping me alone! The testing was very thorough and I was able to schedule my appointment 1 day in advance.

the front desk guy was nice but no military discount. the guy with a beard who proctored my driving test had a terrible attitude! rolled his eyes & raised his voice at me. i was in tears when i left the facility
