DON'T WASTE your time! 10 hours for highlights, our students, Malika and Kaitlyn were more interested in talking to each other than paying attention to what they were doing, we only saw ONE INSTRUCTOR and she was not concerned with anything, even when I brought it to her attention.

My daughter's hair is WAY over processed and now extremely brittle, and she has been getting highlights since the age of 12, so we know what to expect.

I wanted to leave the moment I was given attitude by one of the hairstylists for simply asking a question to what they were specifically doing to my hair. I mean I'm paying 120 bucks.. I think I have the right to know where they are putting color in my hair. Overpriced for a beauty school and they avoid conversation whatsoever. No such thing as "customer friendly" here. My stylist rushed the whole time and didn't color my ends completely. Thanks lady!
