Went into buy a Glock 43, was told I didn’t know what I wanted, told I should but a shield instead, because I would not like the Glock trigger.
Confused I left and bought a Glock 43 elsewhere.

I don't have a fax.

Went into store and have never been treated so rudely as the gray haired jerk that works there.

Will never darken their doors again!

All the smithing I have had done at WWG has been excellent.

Have not heard good things about WWG.Probably the only people that I have heard say good things about WWG probably don't know any better or are simply not gun savvy.

As a military vet I think I M pretty smart when it comes to firearms until I went 2 wild west alaska when ken!!! Decided

To think he thought military guys were stupid about weapons.. because of ken I refuse to go to this place...I work at sportsmans warhouse and I help Hans out all the time when he comes to my stow and it irratates me

That ken Thinks he knows more than me!!! I brought a painted pistol to them and asked if I could have it stripped down and I was told it was Impossible and the only way was to have it

Shipped away to the Vegas store and then I would be charged 90% auction charge!!! I took it to somebody else and had it restored to original condition for $200 ..that's over 600 bucks less than ken said I would be charged !!!!

Rude. Condescending. Taking our business elsewhere.

Took my father's rifle in for a clean and safety check and was told it needed parts. Guy that took down my information was a real jerk! Waited 6 months for them to get the parts, finally found the parts myself. Told that the rifle was ready to go until it jammed the 1st time I used it. Don't believe the rave reviews on here, WWG is a joke.

Went to have a gun repaired. Got a written quote of $30. Went back to pick it up and they wanted to charge me $55. Showed my receipt and even the person who originally gave me the quote agreed, but the man who was apparently in charge would not let me have my gun for any less than $35. I know it's not a big difference, but a job quote is a job quote. This business does not honor their word.

Went in and was looking for a sight for my rifle.

I was looking for a very spcifc one becouse only that styke would work.

Was told NO, good luck, I dont have time to find what you want, try the internet.

Took me 5 min to find it on the internet and 10 min to find a new gunsmith.



DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HIS!



Find someone else!

Can get almost anything, and will generally do it for less than anyone else. Hope I have the money to do business with them again soon.
