Went into Aarons, were offered a special. If we bought a chair we could get a tv, chair and tv stand for $99 a month, paid off in 12 mos. found the chair, and tv we wanted.Then Ashley came back said they do not have the chairs we wanted, but would order them, we would get them Monday.

The price went up because they did not have the chairs in stock that special ended Friday. I called to see when they would be delivered got Ashley on the phone, she said she would call me back in 20 min. after 1.5 hrs I called her again, she said a truck was down and as soon as she knew something she would call me. I called her again at 5 pm to find out that they were not planning to deliver until the next day. I told her I am not happy could she please have a manager call me. She said he would call me at 6:30 that did not happen.

They have no communication skills to say the least. At this point I am not sure I want the chairs do to the lack of professional business skills. They insisted on having the money first.

So once they got the customer they have no customer skills or seem to care if you stay as a customer... Run Fast Do not walk...Bad skills now can only get worse!!! I would give them no stars if I could.
