My cat, Shadow, broke the neck on his femur..totally separated. His regular vet wouldn't see him for 2 weeks. My granddaughter called Covington Vet. Dr Nichols said bring him in that same day, kept him overnight and did the Femoral Head Ostectomy the next morning. Dr. Nichols explained 2 procedures and how Shadow would be affected. His patience in explaining the details helped me make an informed decision. I am forever indebted to him for caring enough to see my cat and take care of his needs immediately. Much longer drive, but Dr Nichols gets my pet care business from now on; plus recommendations to anyone who asks.
