We had a totally different experience with Mayo’s roofing. It was a very positive experience. Last year he replaced our roof and before he did that, he noticed an area where the chimney was leaking and he was able to stop that. He did a wonderful job on our roof and actually was able to get the insurance to pay for some of it, citing damages. The insurance adjuster agreed with him. From day one Phillip always said “if you need me call me”. We felt very comfortable getting in contact with him. He took half the payment down and the supplies were there without hesitation. He and his crew worked hard in the hot sun, the roof is beautiful. He was able to do some other work for us: he had to replace the dry wall where there had been a leak, he restored our porch, painted the outside of the house. He didn’t just paint things, he corrected what was going on underneath it. He and his crew always worked hard and I felt he was more than reasonable with the fees. He always listened to what I wanted and did it if it made sense. He didn’t get upset with me when I changed my mind of what I wanted done. All in all, I would hire him again to do any job that I needed done and within his scope. I know it will be done with great professionalism.
