Dear Cheryl destinflorida I am so very sorry you are unhappy with our store policy, which is posted next to the cash register in clear site.I know you feel we should change it for you but as for doing business as a professional that is store policy. Your husband picked things out he wanted, it is my job to make suggestions on what would work for that person. And you did not pay cash you used a cc which does not post to us for two days I tried to pay you with a company check that you could have went and cash right away. but instead I did give you cash. At the time you were here you were very rude. As you were told we are a small family business not Wal-mart, we did give you cash back for part of your purchase and credit for the rest. Cheryl by the way I do remember him on the phone with you on what he pick out. As again so sorry you don't like our store policy. And by the way we did give you military discount you were ok with that!!!!

Debbie is a bully, she is rude, she made suggestions to push her sales on a customer that had not ever owned a horse. Her merchandise was returned after she sold things that were not ask for. She made suggestions for things that were pricery and not ask for then she tried to write me a personal check when she was paid cash for those items. they were returned unopened and tags on them within 7 days. Sat to sat because we both work during the week. she would NOT give my money back ..She gave me a store credit. UNAMERICAN ,un professional when you return policies are covered by things on your check out area. Things are over priced and very very bullysih person. She really tries to push her weight around literally to her customers. People in her own town spoke the same about her and those same folks will not buy from her store. They informed us to go to Jeffers in Dothan Alabama. Thank you Debbie for showing us the kind of low class people I don't want to do business with. You would think with someone not knowing about horses you wouldn't want to take advantage of him and make him want to come back .. But you lie about him purchasing and picking out his own things when I made it clear on the phone what was needed. You are not even knowledgable about your own merchandise that you sold the wrong product of a training bit.. God BLess you and the business you have lost for being a bully to your customers.
