Provided by YP.comMy husband and I have a joint account. My old phone didn't have wi-fi capability, but we had a Jetpack which had stopped working. We decided to cancel the Jetpack and get a new phone for me, one with its own wi-fi connection. It was a long process (about 3 hours) to get the new phone activated, transfer the data from the old phone to the new one, and make sure everything was working. Adrian was patient, pleasant, and fun to work with. She has a great personality, and she was able to answer questions of other patrons who walked in while waiting on phone transfer transactions to complete. If I got to know her better she would probably be a good friend.
