Summary: Nice movers, horrible customer service.
Treat the customers like a financial object. Do not follow through with their word/contract.

We hired Wodie to do a local move (30 minutes away) for a 2 bedroom apartment. I gave them a summary of my things when I originally asked for a quote, then gave them a final list of my things 2 weeks prior to my move. They said the move was too small to come out and take their own inventory.

This is where the issues began:
1) I never got confirmation of my move. Two business days before, I had to reach out to ensure my signed contract and previously discussed date constituted their time.
2) They gave me an inconvenient 2 hour window then came 30 minutes late.
3) The truck the movers came with was too small and they couldn’t fit all of my things. They then took extra time (they charge by the hour) to squeeze my objects like a Tetris puzzle into the small truck (with the broken wheel) that they had sent.
4) The quote was for 4 hours that they suspected they’d need. Because of the size issues it took them over 8 hours and they charged me a ton more than the estimate (despite not having anything off of the inventory).
5) When I asked that they move the items that didn’t fit in the truck, Wodie then said I would have to pay for an additional 2 hours (despite needing 30 minutes) and an extra 1 hour driving fee (despite charging me this the last trip and it being a 28
minute trip). When trying to discuss this with Jason from customer service (the owners brother), he was flakey over the phone the first few times, did not return messages and refused to be more reasonable during negotiating this cost, despite my opinion that I should not have to pay at all given their mistake.

Would highly recommend you AVOID their service.
