This place is terrible! I bought a washer and dryer here and within a month the washer broke. A few months later the dryer broke and I had to call five separate times just to talk to him about it. He told me that it was a used dryer and wouldn't fix it. I was impressed the first day when Nathan stated that he would fix anything and that it came with an unlimited warranty, but now that it is broken and not working I realize that all of those promises were just talk. I sold the dryer for $50 and bought a new one at Home Depot. They buy old washers/dryers and do quick fixes and sell them at high prices.

Save your money and buy a new appliance elsewhere! He sold me the washer/dryer set for $750 for an older set. After now looking around at Home Depot I realize that I could have bought the ---brand new--- set for $800-$900 and it would have come with an actual warranty and not broken within several months of use.

I learned an expensive lesson and will stay far far away from this place. I love supporting local businesses and that is why I originally shopped here, but now I really wish that I would have known the money that I was throwing away by buying a washer/dryer set here.

This place is great, we have purchased several items from them, and all have met our expectation, no pressure sales and great prices.
