I needed a inner tube for my garden trailer I called two other tire stores they didn't have it in stock. (4.80/4.00-8)Les Schwab's Anderson has it in stock and will mount it for $5.00 more. The phone conversation was professional and very helpful. My wife is on her way to their store to get the tire fixed. Update: Jeremy called me back and told me for $1.50 more I can get a new tire because the one I have has a slit in the side wall. I knew it was bad because of the cracks in it due to being out in the sun. I said "Thanks and go ahead and put a new tire on the rim". Most places wouldn't tell me about a new tire they would just sell me the tube and wait until I had to purchase the tire due to dry rot. Thanks Jeremy you represent Les Schwab well.

Let me first say i have used les shwabb for many years and have not had any problems until now. I was shocked with what happened.

I had recently replaced the front end on my truck. I had drove it around a little to test the repair. It sounded great on the 6 mile test drive and the trip over to les shwabb.

Yesterday i came in for an alignment on my truck. I live 3 miles from their shop. When i left i noticed it pulling to the left really bad. I got home shortly after and heard it clunk really bad when i went into my driveway. Upon inspecting my truck i found the rear bolt on my right upper control arm was loose enough to flick around with my finger. We called within 10 minutes of me getting home to get back in today. I tightened the bolt and headed over. The man at the counter said their notes said they didnt touch the right side. Now this is not true. The entire front end was "eyed" i to alignment. I will second guess coming again.
