Went to this smoke shop to find a e ciggerate. The people working there were awesome. They taught me so much about e cig options and helped me pick the one that was right for me. I will always go back here for any of my smoking needs. By the way the store was very clean and organized, smelled very clean as well.

Went in looking for a downstem for my bong... First thing I heard when I went in was "I gotta get these people outta here" the guy was on the phone the entire time I was there and didn't assist me at all! So anyways I found a downstem and bought it for 8$ the man told us that we could exchange if we had problems.. As soon a we get to the car we notice the rubber o ring was broken... So we take it back in and get a new downstem... Then we drive all the way home and noticed too late that the item we purchased had a crack in the glass. We take it back the next day with the receipt and we are refused service and was even yelled at by the person who worked there!!! Rudest person I've ever met... Will never go there again and am warning others not to. It's not even 8$ that matters... It's the bad customer service and getting screwed over that makes it so horrible!
