I stayed at Cross Lakes for almost three years. I had a beautiful view of the lake and nice neighbors. I can say some are young because of the AU college that is near by. Some there are kinda poor I think because I have got stuff stolen out side my apartment and from my car, just lock up that's all I can say.

I can say I didn't like how they keep up the Apartments. The appliances are falling apart.

I had to pull teeth to get new Water heater cause it keep quiting on me. And then right after I left the AC had problems giving me a $172.42 bill!!

They will not budge at all when it comes to getting out of lease, even if you are unemployed and can't make payments. You can't use your deposit as part of down payment either towards your rent. All utilities are your responsibility because it is in your name and they will not give courtesy cover on anything. Get renters insurance if you choice this place!

But as far as the people at the office are nice and will do what they can. They give you little gifts from time to time as their way of courtesy. And one thing that was nice is cable is paid for
