I would highly recommend Indy Air Sales for your next purchase. There are not many honest people out there that you can do business with on just their word. Pat promised me an airworthy Aircraft over the phone and I went ahead with the purchase. On my flight back home, a significant problem was discovered which grounded the aircraft. Pat went out of his way to fix and pay for the problem, after the sale was already finalized. Pat may have lost money on this deal, but he gained a loyal customer, and kept is word.

I highly recommend Indy Air Sales for the purchase or sale of an aircraft. When someone is about to put down some serious money for a plane, it can be a little unsetting to do business with a company over the internet. Rest assured when dealing with Pat or Mark. They are extremely professional, of the highest integrity, and treat buyers and sellers honestly. They will accurately value an aircraft and determine a fair and honest price. The buying and selling process is easy and comfortable and they go the extra mile to help the new aircraft owner. Whether buying or selling, you come away with a comfortable feeling that you know the full background of your plane, the other party, and have made a friend who will continue to provide advice and resources long after the sale.

I, and several other friends, have used Indy Air Sales for both purchases and sales of aircraft. I dealt with Pat on my two transactions and both were great experiences. When I decided to sell my last aircraft, I called Pat. He picked it up in Alabama on a Tuesday and had it sold for what I told him I wanted for it in less than a week. The two people that gave negative reviews obviously had very unrealistic expectations. When I start looking for my next aircraft, Pat will be my first call.

I have bought numerous planes from Mark and Pat. Sometimes they don't have what I want, but when I come to look, it is just like they said it would be. I highly recommend them. I am a dealer myself. These guys are direct competitors of mine. They are two of the "good guys" you can trust. Man, it's painful for me to say this. But it's true.

Emailed Pat on a Sunday night with my requirements. He responded by 7am Monday morning with two unadvertised options that they had just taken in. By Monday afternoon I put a deposit on one of them, looked at it the following weekend, had a pre-purchase a few days later, settled the discrepancies with the owner, and within 10 days of my initial email, my wife was flying her beautiful low time IFR Piper Archer home. Communication was great, transaction was flawless, airplane exceeded our expectations... and all this without every meeting Pat or Mark face to face... everything was over the phone and via email, quick, efficient, fast and painless.

I've purchased 3 airplanes and sold two over the years with Indy Air Sales. They are a top notch operation. Pat and Mark know the General Aviation market very well.

Just purchased my 2nd plane from IndyAir. As usual, both Mark & Pat know their planes. Took a test flight and although I've over 1,200 hours in flight time and thought I knew how to land, Mark forced me to do a better job. Whew, glad he was their. The Beech lands a lot different than my turbo Saratoga. After the purchase their were a couple of issues that were quickly taken care of by maintenance. Stopped in to ask questions and borrow a headset, they loaned me one for couple of weeks. Just outstanding service. Already planning for my next plane.

I have been looking to purchase an aircraft for the last 6 months. Several deals fell through with other individuals and dealers.I have used several sites and found a few planes i liked at Indy Air Sales. I did some research on them online and all looked good. I started talking with Pat Robinson at Indy Air about a plane he had just purchased. Working with Pat and Indy air has been refreshing. He said he would send pictures, he did, i asked for specs and price, he sent them right over. Always answered my calls. I sent a deposit and signed a contract, no hassle. He even arranged for the plane to be ferried to me in Louisiana. Before the plane left they made sure everything was clean and in working order. Not sure when i will upgrade, but Pat at Indy Air will be my first call!

Probably one of the most unprofessional transactions I have had. I submitted an offer an an airplane that was listed by Mark and asked for a purchase agreement. He responded back that he would submit the offer to the owner and would get back to me ASAP. The next day he calls me in the afternoon and tells me that the owner wanted to wait a little longer to test the market and how busy he (Mark) was with his day. Mark ended up selling the airplane to another buyer during the time my offer was pending before notifying me or even offering a counter offer when the price difference was a mere $950. This is extremely unprofessional in the aircraft sales business and I would suggest you take your business elsewhere before dealing with this organization.

Best friend? I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to them because they will sell you a plane that is no where near airworthy and tell you that “if there is an airworthy issue on the plane we wouldn’t sell it”. Save yourself some time and a lot of grief and just go somewhere else to buy a plane. DON’T TRUST THEM!
