THIS OFFICE IS GREAT! I STARTED MY POLICIES FOR MY MOM AND SHE DOSENT SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH AND THEY HAD SOMEONE THERE THAT SPEAKS SPANISH SHE WAS ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH MY MOM AND EXPLAIN HER POLICIES TO HER. MY MOTHER WAS VERY PLEASED AND HAPPY. THEY EVEN FOLLOWED UP WITH HER AND I ABOUT 2 WEEKS AFTER WE GOT OUR POLICIES STARTED TO MAKE SURE WE GOT OUR NEW INSURANCE POLICIES IN THE MAIL AND TO OFFERED A FURTHER REVIEW OF OUR INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL SERVICES! NO OTHER COMPANY OR OFFICE HAD DONE THAT BEFORE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE.

We have all of our insurance with Roger Roudebush and his staff is very professional and friendly. When we were changing our life insurance they took a lot of time explaining all of the options to us so we could make the best choice. We recently had a comprehensive claim which was filed quickly and our repairs were made within a week. So nice to talk to real people instead of a computer!!!!

You know how sometimes when you are dealing with the cable company or other companies you feel like a number...this is not the case with Mr. Roudebush's office. They give you personal attention and make you feel like they really care.



I recently had an auto claim and I got excellent service from the girls in the office. i called my claim into Roger's office. They filed the claim and told me a claims adjuster would be calling me soon. Before i knew it a person from their claim's office called and my claim was handled in no time. Then, I got a call to see if everything was ok. It's nice to know that someone cares and does what they say they will do. Kudos to Roger and Kudos to his great and friendly staff.

THE STAFF IS GREAT, NO MATTER WHO YOU TALK TO THEY HELP YOU WITH YOUR QUESTIONS AND RETURN YOUR CALLS. I HAVE BEEN WITH ANOTHER AGENT THAT WOULD NOT CALL ME FOR A FEW DAYS AFTER I LEFT A MESSAGE. I LIKE THE FACT THAT I CAN EMAIL, CALL OR GO INTO THE OFFICE, IT FITS MY NEEDS.

I love the fact that I can call Roger's office any time of day and be able to talk to a person. The office staff is FANTASTIC and always tend to my needs immediately. The service in this office is something that you don't see much of anymore--genuine and prompt. I recently had a claim and they walked me through the whole process and even arranged for a rental car when I dropped off my car to get fixed. I barely had to lift a finger. I don't think you can get that kind of customer satisfaction through those fly-by-night internet companies!! Great office--my grandparents and parents have Roger as an agent and I have continued the tradition and me and my growing family now have Roger and couldn't ask for a better agent. 5 stars from me!!!!!

I have been insured with Roger for over 10 years and him and his employees are so nice. They take the time to answer my questions and always respond to my calls or emails quickly. I had a claim on my home and Becky in the office helped me though the whole process. It was nice to have someone local I could go see and talk to face to face. I give Roger two thumbs up!

I have had two claims and Roger's office was great. they helped me though the claim, answered my questions and always retuned my calls.



When I call with a questions on my auto or home they answer the questions.



I love the staff in the office, they seem to really care about me and my policies.

I had to file a claim because my motorcycle was run over by an uninsured motorist. Up until then I was a great customer of 7+ years. I have a clean driving record and no at fault claims. After they settled to do the minor repair on my bike the cancled my policy on all my vehicles with them because my motorcycle has a strap on the front end. Their excuse was that strap meant I can race my bike anytime I want. What sense does that make? You can race matchbox cars anytime you want. In the long run this will cost me more than my claim would have cost me to fix the bike itself. I may not even be able to keep it. Thanks State Farm!
