Great community newly remodeled apartments with plush carpet, tile floors, up dated bath and appliances. The manager is so helpful and patient. The maintenance man lives far away and comes out day or night to keep the place running right. My neighbors kids flooded a toilet one night and he came by at 3 am. Not just to in clog it but he stuck around to help her clean up and talk to another tenant down stairs who ended up with the toilet issue peeling her paint a little. He was back first thing the next morning to fix it. Most all the neighbors are friendly and help keep the place clean. Each building has its own laundry room and they are pet friendly. Carports are a nice feature too. Loved it.

Place put me in debt with there unorginized selves when you pay rent dont ever write a check unless you want an overdraft because they cant keep track of what they are doing and not to mention the bathroom ceiling looks like its about to cave in probaly because it seems like this place has mutiple leaks cant wait for the lease to end and my stress with there carelessness now im paying for the mistake theyve made

This is the most absolutely wretched place on earth to live! Maintenance never repaired electrical outlets that did not work, I had two outlets in my entire apartment that worked for 7 months that I lived there. I went all Winter with inadequate heat I begged for it to be repaired it never was. Has serious bug problems. Apartment c3 flooded all the time and they rented it to an older couple that lived there less than a month. If you live on bottom level you will hear the neighbors Above walking around. They can't keep the financials straight on how much rent is owed. They will enter your apartment anytime they want to Without notific When you try to reach them for help no one answers.ii The property manager is Always late to work and leave whenever sh The property manager calls tenants names and calls police on them For calling the tenant names Property manager is more concerned with the cosmetics an outward functionality of things in and or around the apartment and or compl I would suggest no one to move there!!!
