My experience with Mr. Gordon has been fantastic. Last year when my pump went out, his crew came and replaced it, then he sent all the necessary paperwork to my insurance company so that I could be reimbursed.



This year, I had a problem with the new pump. I called him at 6:30 am and Mr. Gordon came out personally and was here by 8:30. He replaced the pump under warranty, and during a final check, decided that he was uneasy about my pressure shut-off valve. He spent an extra hour replacing my valve and the box, and did not charge me for the extra service or equipment. I would recommend him to anyone.

do not USE this business! I have called them out now 3 times for the same thing! Now pump quit working again 2 days after their last visit! They say they are open 24/7 - they are NOT!!
