Lack of caring. Last visit to him was to review sample med of Entresto and he did not remember why we were even there. We had to ask for a prescriptions. He then responded- “why did you not tell me that before I logged out of your account”. I complained to office manager and her response was “I was not in the room so I can’t confirm that happened”. My husband died 09-15-19 and I believe Dr Lomboy’s lack of concern and action over the last 3 years contributed. I never wanted to see him again but he was on call when my husband died at Anmed hospital. To make me feel worse, I received a call from McDougald’s 2 days before his Celebration of life. They told me Dr Lomboy made a strike though on the death certificate and DHEC would not accept. When ask to complete a new form he refused. Only after getting multiple people invoked was McDougald’s able to get another form and cremate his body so he could be at his Celebration.
