forget the negative reviews this is the only one that matters store was packed I counted 10 staff working less than 5 minutes I got everthing I wanted Wendy was fantastic great experience very satisfied

We went in to purchase new phones, since our old ones do not even have texting. We transferred over from Verizon due to coverage issues. When I went in to purchase an LG Xpression, it was marked down for half off (as a mail-in rebate offer). I looked at the offer and it said that it didn't start until the next day, so I asked the rep about it and he said it wouldn't be a problem. I purchased the phone and sent in the rebate but received a letter saying they would not honor the deal because it does not fall within the specified dates. Now when I call the store back, I am sent on a rather large and complicated gauntlet which ultimately leads back in on itself. I cannot use the "I'm not on a touch-tone phone" trick, nor can I use the "dial 0 for operator" trick. When I finally try the gauntlet for the 4th time, I pretend I am going to purchase something new and I actually get through to the store, but it only rings 3 times before leading back into the phone gauntlet. Needless to say I am displeased with their lack of professionalism and inability to address customer concerns/needs.
