Carolina Bauernhaus Brewery & Winery™ is a hybrid farmhouse brewery an winery based in Anderson, SC. Our hand crafted ales, ciders, and meads pay homage to the rich agricultural resources of Upstate South Carolina and the region by using locally sourced malt, grains, yeast, and hops. While our brewing techniques may be Belgian inspired, our beers are by no means reverent to tradition.
