All I have to say is RUDE! Bought a party dress in a hurry with hopes it would fit- and of course it didn't it. However, when I actually looked at it at home I noticed it had make up all over it. When I proceeded to return it, I was accused of wearing AND re-applying the tag (which apparently was in the wrong spot when I purchased it). The lady in the juniors department proceeded to call me a liar TWICE, accused me of re-applying the tag (I'm not even sure how to do that), and re-fused to take the dress back. Apparently the policy of "be kind to the customer" does not apply here!

I think they are trying to pay for the addition to the mall that was added so that Dillard's could move in. They have a lot of merchandise, but overall, it all looks the same and is overpriced.
