This store isn't nearly the same as it used to be. It use to have a friendly environment and was very consistant with the product but now you never can tell. I visit here very often and have decided to stop going because my coffee cost is $4.00 or more majority of the time and it is never made right and when I take it into the store to be correctly made there is an excuse that the machines aren't dispensing correctly they dont have the product I requested etc. The management is not understanding and not personal with their customers...The coffee should be made and be consistant it should taste the same EVERYTIME. Very disappointed in the service of this store over time.
