I had a great time buying my new toyota from family auto of anderson. I found the car i wanted on the website then did an apply online, someone called me about an hour later to tell me to come on down! i did the test drive, everything was great, financing was quick and easy and everyone was very nice. i would recommend.

Very friendly and trustworthy folks. They've done exactly what they said they would do every time. They report your pmts to the credit agency and it has tremendously helped my credit rating. Family auto is hands down the best dealership I've dealt with. Courtney in finance is extremely friendly and provides great customer service. I've had to make payment arrangements when I lost my job, and not only did she understand, but she updated my information and made the process really quick and easy. They truly do treat you like FAMILY! I have definitely recommended this dealership to several friends and if you're hesitant about giving them a try, trust me- DON'T BE! These guys are very lenient and easy to talk to, and they will walk you through the entire process. My credit was horrible when I purchased my car (like in the low 500s), and I was approved! Also, they sometimes have promotions. I purchased my car in October 2014 and did not intend on buying anything that day, just comparing dealerships. When I walked on the lot, they had a deal where as long as you put down $500, they doubled your down payment!!! How awesome is that?! I drove off the lot with a SEXY bright red Dodge avenger (with tinted windows) and put down $750 out of pocket (so really $1500 after they doubled it!) And my payment options are great! What are you waiting for? Go ahead, give them a call and drive away with the car of your dreams!!!

We have bought 2 cars from Family Auto, Taylor has been wonderful to work with, anytime we are running late or cant pay that week she has always worked with us. I cant say enough good stuff about her.. I know alot of times with these buy here/pay here you fall into the trap that if you get behind they will cut your car off, but we have never had that problem here, I just talk to Taylor and explain the situation with her and they work with us.

Mike has done a wonderful job! There were two cars that I wanted... I couldn't get car #1 and I didn't really qualify for car #2 but, he made a way for me to get the car and I'm glad!!!
