I have used this company before and at first it was good. But the last time I had to reschedule, they did not show up for the appointment. Mind you I rescheduled two days before the appointment so it wasn't last minute. I called they to see what had happened, was told that they were short handed and they would like to reschedule, so I did. And again they did not show. And again I called, was told they were just going to call me to reschedule because they were backed-up due to the rain and workers calling in sick so we rescheduled. And for the third time they did not show up. And for the third time I called, was told they would find out what happen and I will be called back within an hour, which I wasn't. I think this showed bad business of this company to waste my time waiting on a worker in the morning after a 12hour night shift. P.S. had to give the company a star so this review would show, but in my book they should get a negative star.
