They always take foreved! I was promised 3-5days it's been 9days and still not done and I only wanted one thing monogrammed! They said they'd call the next day when it's ready, but guess what never called. I'm not using them anymore after this.

I have been a repeat customer of Monogram Me for over two years now, and I am always happy with their embroidery! They also have a great selection of merchandise that can be monogrammed and also grab and go items that make perfect last minute gifts!

I was getting some items monogrammed for my girlfriends as a Mother's Day gift. I called before I placed my order and was assured they would be back in time. My husband stopped to pick them up for me on Friday afternoon (before Mothers Day), and my items were, in fact, not done and was told they will not be done until the following week. They did offer for me to come pick up my items and I could take them somewhere else, but considering it was 4:00 on a Friday afternoon, I'm sure no where else can get my items done in an hour. WHAT A LET DOWN. This is the first and last time I will ever use this company......Wonder if it ever crossed their minds that common courtesy would have been to call their customers to let them know they couldn't follow thru on their promise to have the items finished. That's the least they could have done....
