Sometime ago I visited this distillery. I live in the area. They had free tasting. There was a couple with their son, apx 10 years old, belly up to the bar . I stood there for at least 5 minutes, the "bartender " was right there entertaining the kid , completely ignoring me. No greetings, no I'll be right with you, nothing. Although the whole staff is knowledgeable about their products, they are rude and arrogant. They lost at least at least a $100 sale that day and I will never go back. There are other distillers close by that would be more than happy to help their guests
