The staff here are great and polite. I drove the property yesterday and the landlady were putting grass seed down. She was so sweet about helping me into the office and willing to speak with me. They gonna help me get a downstairs apartment when it come open. I look forward to living here with the new management. I like that the drugs and idiot teenagers are gone. This landlady has done a lot to change this place. It dont look anything like a couple years ago.

The property is under new management which includes a new management and maintenance team!! They have been renovating the property inside and out with new lighting, security systems, new apartment remodels, and so much more. They are very nice, informative, and courteous. This place has come a long way!!!! Love it here.
