I used to like Sonic. But starting a few months ago, I noticed that the food didn't seem as good as it once did. Then I noticed that the restroom were often dirty and not stocked with toilet tissue, paper towels, or soap. The last time I stopped at Sonic, I took one look at the menu and left without ordering. They had removed several menu items. Prior to that, I witnessed the owner behaving badly toward the employees and he even got rude with me. I will never go to this Sonic again.

I like Sonic, usually, but in my experience, this particular Sonic tends to be a little careless with the preparation of the food. For example, the breakfast burritos are usually overfilled, food falls out, and the burrito shell tears, usually because it's been microwaved to melt the cheese.

The food is good and the service is usually prompt, but they really need to do something with their intercom system. The staff have a hard time understanding what the customer says.
