This store is awful they tell you that sprint will buy out your contract that is a lie they told me i would get a rebate card in the mail is six weeks but it took 6 months now they are trying to make me pay that back

If I could give this store 0 stars I would, they're worse than TERRIBLE. To start with, their hours are odd.. I went to pay my bill the other night at SEVEN..and they're closed already. Secondly, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. One girl who will remain nameless is rude, rude, rude. And obviously isn't happy with her job and the final straw was the fact that because the store owner(I'm assuming) is too cheap to buy the machine to pay your bill, you have to PAY THEM FIVE EXTRA DOLLARS to pay with cash. THATS $60 A YEAR just to pay your bill in cash... Sprint has been a problem since the beginning... And this store is a reflection of their work. STAY WITH VERIZON(or anyone else for that matter).
