We have been dealing with Van at Tri County since March 2009. We have had many faxes, letters, phone calls, time off work and headaches since day one. We finally got them to get Cavalier back to our home almost six months after we moved in and now the floor man has been out not once but twice and we had to wait on him and then he came back last Thursday and said he would be out this past Saturday and he never even called or showed up. So we are getting an attorney since Van will not stay on top of his people and we will be billing him form our missed time from work, etc. Please go elsewhere if you want fewer headaches.
