These people are the most rude and unprofessional that I've ever come across. The outside and inside LOOK good, but the people working ruin it.

Truck Toyz installed tint on my car about 18 months ago. One of the windows developed a fairly large bubble, two more windows had tiny imperfections. The tint had a lifetime warranty, so I took it back to get it replaced. They were quite nice in understanding my complaint & agreed to replace the tint. However, when I went to get my car, I noticed the tint was about 1/4" shy of meeting the edge of the door. The employee that installed the tint had taken a BLACK SHARPIE to fill in the gap!! I voiced my dissatisfaction to the employee, they replaced it. After leaving I noticed the newly installed tint DID NOT MATCH! I went back to truck toyz. Their reply to me was that they use a different supplier now & there was nothing they could do to help me. If I wanted all my tint to match that would be at my expense. After expressing my frustration n speaking with the owner who stated he couldn't help that the new tint doesn't match. That it is not his fault that the new tint is different.

They did a great job putting bed liner in truck and adding step bars. Very friendly also. Highly recommend.
